Nic moved !!! (he's getting bigger, so is his website)

Nic is getting more and more active. He seems to understand now that those two things on his sides are arms that he can actually control. Although he's been to WalMart on his fourth day and in Kittery in his first week, he still did not catch any illnesses. We are trying hard, though.
He started to look at things and tries to grasp them.
Although he's three weeks old now he did not loose his umbilical? cord (Nabelschnur). But that doesn't seem to be problem.
His first contact with the mouse worked pretty well so that he now always gets it as a pillow when Philip takes of him.

In the Salem Hospital Nicholas finally jumped into our world on Saturday, 3rd of April, just two hours before Easter Sunday. He weighs 7lb and 11 oz (3450g) and is 20 in (51cm) tall. He's healthy and doing very well. Only 40 hours after being born he already left the hospital to check out his new home in Nahant.

When he arrived at home, basically all neighbours came over to welcome him to our world. Even Jack V. managed to come round to check out his new buddy.

Now that Nic is here, we are actually making good use of his room and all the tools and gimmicks he already has.

   Nic's room is fully prepared by now.

In January Corinna went to the baby shower at Kathy Bartholomew's house. She came back with a big basket full of usefull stuff. From baby powder and lotion to diapers and bodies and all the other basic things we will need once Nic starts spreading chaos all over the place.
